IGI Investments to acquire ordinary shares worth Rs 600 million of Nestle

October 3, 2019 (MLN): IGI Investments (Private) Limited, a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of IGI Holdings Limited and also an associated undertaking of Nestle Pakistan, is considering to further invest up to Rs. 600 million (excluding transactions costs) by acquisition of the ordinary shares of Nestle from capital market.

In this connection, the Proposed Investment was approved in the shareholders meeting of IGI Investments held on October 2, 2019.

An official notice released by the company further stated that this investment will be made from time to time.
