Supernet Ltd resolves office relocation to sindh

January 01, 2025 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Supernet Limited (PSX: GEMSPNL) resolved on January 1, 2025, to relocate the registered office of the Company from "Islamabad Capital Territory" to "Province of Sindh" and amend the Memorandum of Association accordingly.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

This decision is subject to SECP's confirmation and shareholder approval at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting, in accordance with Sections 21 and 32 of the Companies Act, 2017, and other applicable laws.
