Shanghai Electric Power to invest in power sector

December 07, 2018 (MLN): Chairman Shanghai Electric Power, Wang Yundan has evinced keen interest to invest in power sector of Pakistan.

He, along with a delegation, called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad today, and briefed him about his company.

The Prime Minister welcomed Shanghai Electric Power's decision to make investment in the power sector.

He further reiterated the government's commitment to provide maximum facilitation and an enabling environment to the investors, to take advantage of huge investment opportunities in the country.
