Service Industries appoint Mr. Usman Liaqat as Chief Financial Officer

According to a notice filed on the bourse, Mr. Usman Liaqat has been appointed the new Chief Financial Officer at Service Industries Limited (SRVI).

SRVI recently announced plans to invest “up to $1 Million in equivalent Pakistani Rupees in the capital of the proposed wholly owned subsidiary company to be incorporated in USA with the name, SIL USA Inc. or any other name approved by the Regulatory body in USA.”

The company reported a profit of Rs. 258.691 million on March 31, 2018 with total sales clocking in at Rs. 5.525 billion.

Mr. Liaqat will replace Mr. Ashfaq with immediate effect.
