Secure Logistics to debut on PSX on April 22, 2024

April 19, 2024 (MLN): Secure Logistics Group Limited (SLGL) will be listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) effective from Monday, April 22, 2024, as announced by the local bourse through a notice today.

Trading in the shares of the company will commence on the Main Board of PSX from Monday, April 22, 2024, and shall be settled on a T+2 basis.

Accordingly, the first settlement date will be Wednesday, April 24, 2024.

The shares of the company have already been declared an eligible security by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) and all the transactions shall be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL).

NCCPL has assigned "SLGL" to the company as its Company Code / Security Symbol.

The Opening Price of the shares of the Company will be Rs12 per share, as determined through the book-building process.

It is crucial to note that the company will be quoted in the "Transport" Sector in the Daily Quotation of the Exchange.
