SBP Governor assures increase in borrowing limit of oil sector

April 12, 2022: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) Chairman-Mr. Masroor Khan, and Member (Oil)-Mr. Zain-ul-Abideen Qureshi met with the State Bank of Pakistan, Governor-Mr. Reza Baqir and Deputy Governor and his team, wherein the matters pertaining to enhancement of credit limits to the oil industry were discussed.

Mr. Reza Baqir, Governor, confirmed that oil industry credit lines have been revisited by allowing oil industry to meet the import petroleum products in the country.

OGRA management appreciated the cooperation of State Bank of Pakistan declared it as good step towards facilitation of oil industry.
