Re-composition: PTC, NRL, GHNI, NBP, AGL, ENGRO, FFC added to JSMFI

April 05, 2024 (MLN): The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has conducted the recomposition exercise of the JS Momentum Factor Index (JSMFI) as of March 29, 2024, as per the JSMF Index Rules.

In accordance with the relevant JSMF Index Rules, seven adjustments have been made to the index.

The incoming companies are Pakistan Telecommunication Co. Ltd (PSX: PTC), National Refinery Limited (PSX: NRL), Ghandhara Industries Limited (PSX: GHNI), National Bank of Pakistan (PSX: NBP), Agritech Limited (PSX: AGL), Engro Corporation Limited (PSX: ENGRO) and Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (PSX: FFC).

The ones to leave are; Bank Alfalah Limited (PSX: BAFL), Engro Fertilizers Limited (PSX: EFERT), Millat Tractors Limited (PSX: MTL), NetSol Technologies Limited (PSX: NETSOL), Pioneer Cement Limited (PSX: PIOC), Pakistan Refinery Limited (PSX: PRL) and Unity Foods Limited (PSX: UNITY).

The above changes in the JSMFI will take effect from Monday, April 08, 2024.

Please note that the lot size of incoming symbols shall be revised to ONE share and shall be discontinued in the ODD LOT market.

The updated basket will be placed on the PSX website after the completion of ETF constituents' rebalancing.
