PSX to implement re-composed PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index by January 3

December 27, 2021 (MLN): The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has added 37 new companies whereas removed 13 companies from PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index, a notice issued by PSX showed.
In a notice, PSX informed that it has carried out a re-composition exercise of PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index of Pakistan, for the review period from January 1, 2021, to June 30, 2021, as a result of which, 37 new companies have entered the Index, whereas, 13 companies have been removed from the Index.
Meanwhile, it is important to note that the recomposed PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index of Pakistan will comprise 250 companies, in aggregate and the above changes in the index will be implemented w.e.f. January 03, 2022.
