PSX recomposes JS Momentum Factor Index with 6 adjustments

November 07, 2024 (MLN): The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) has conducted the JS Momentum Factor Index (JSMFI) recomposition exercise as of November 29, 2024.

Under the relevant JSMF Index Rules, six adjustments have been made to the index.

The incoming companies are The Searle Company Limited (SEARL), Habib Bank Limited (HBL), Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL),Fauji Foods Limited (FFL), GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Limited (GLAXO), and The Bank of Punjab (BOP).

The ones to leave are; Fauji Cement Company Limited (PSX: FCCL), Frieslandcampina Engro Pakistan Limited (FCEPL), Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (FFBL), Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC), Hum Network Limited (HUMNL), and Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDC).

The above changes to the JSMFI take effect today, December 06, 2024.

In addition, the notice also listed the revised list of JSMFI companies along with their weights in the index as of f November 29, 2024.
