PSX quotes Cordoba Logistics under transport sector

November 17, 2021 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange has allowed the quoting of Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Ltd (CLVL) (Formerly: Mian Textile Industries Ltd.) under the Transport sector, with effect from November 22, 2021.

According to the notice issued by PSX, Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Ltd requested PSX for the change of sector of the company to Transport Sector, after the approval for Business of logistics and other Ventures in the Memorandum of Association.

To note, in June 2021, the Board of Directors of Mian Textile Industries Limited resolved to change the name of the company to “Cordoba Ventures Limited” subject to the passing of a special resolution in the general meeting and approval of SECP.

Recently, Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (CLVL) signed an agreement with Finox (Private) Limited pertaining to the investment of PKR 31 million in Finox (Private) Limited for the purchase of its 32.5% equity/ordinary shares.
