Premier Insurance to invest in Associated Companies

June 3, 2021 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Premier Insurance Limited in today’s meeting recommended to make a long term equity investment in Associated Companies.

As per the notification issued by the company, approval of the same will be sought from the member of Premier Insurance Limited in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the company which will be held on June 28, 2021 at 11:00am through video conferencing.
