PMEX to host InvestExpo2024 to highlight legitimate investment avenues

April 18, 2024 (MLN): Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX) is organizing a full-day InvestExpo2024 in Lahore, on May 17-18, 2024 to increase awareness amongst the general public about the legally compliant diverse saving methods and investment opportunities available in Pakistan, as well as, to educate against illegal/fraudulent schemes.

The InvestExpo2024 is being convened with the support of the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and is a collaborative effort with capital market participants & stakeholders.

The InvestExpo2024 will be a part of PMEX’s continuing efforts to help collectively grow with its collaborative affiliates i.e., securities exchange, central depository, clearing company, asset management companies, insurance & takaful companies, NBFIs & Modarabas, microfinance companies and securities & commodities brokers.

Through InvestExpo2024, PMEX with the support of the SECP and collaborative affiliates will endeavor to amplify the efforts of cultivating a stronger culture of saving and investment while highlighting the pivotal role of financial literacy.

Moreover, this expo will provide a chance to TREC Holders to not only amplify and highlight the importance of financial literacy but will also provide them an opportunity to generate leads and solicit interest from prospective customers while opening new customer accounts.
