June 19, 2026 (MLN): The Pakistan Credit Rating Agency Limited (PSX:GEMPACRA) has resolved not to subscribe to the rights issue offered by Tasdeeq Information Services Limited (TISL).

A decision that will dilute its equity stake in the company from 12.84% to 10.81%.

The board of directors took the decision by majority vote at its meeting held on June 19, 2026, after deliberating on the subscription offer contained in TISL's offer letter dated June 11, 2026.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
