PICIC to resume operations after merger with Crescent Star

January 04 , 2023 (MLN): PICIC Insurance Limited (Company) is set to resume its operation after being merged with Crescent Star Foods (CSF),the comapny's progress report revealed on Wednesday.

The petition for approval of the Scheme of Arrangement(SoA) was filed before the Sindh High Court for approval.

Therefore, the merger petition for approval will be heared on January 10, 2023.

The company will keep updating PSX regarding the progress on quarterly basis as desired.

At the time of writing the scrip of PICIC is being traded at 77 paisa down by 1.28%
