PHL revises bids registration and bidding dates for Pakistan Energy Sukuk-II

May 6, 2020 (MLN): The Power Holding Company Limited (PHL) has decided to revise bid registration dates and bidding dates for Pakistan Energy Sukuk-II of up to PKR 200 billion.

As per the new dates, the bids registration process shall take place between May 11, 2020, up till May 15, 2020 (both dates inclusive and within banking hours) and bidding process shall take place from 18^th to 19^th May 2020.

Furthermore, those eligible investors who wish to remit funds through RTGS may register up till 1:00 pm on May 18^th, 2020, revealed an official notice.

The bids for the spread and quantity shall be placed by the registered eligible investors online through specific user IDs and password during May 18^th, 2020 to May 19^th, 2020 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm through Book Building System.
