Pakistan temporarily resumes trade with China through Khunjerab Pass: Razak Dawood

August 5, 2020 (MLN): Abdul Razak Dawood has announced that Pakistan has resumed trade with China through Khunjerab Pass temporarily.
Advisor to PM for Commerce and Investment said on his official social media account that the opening of the border was a longstanding demand of the businessmen, particularly from the Gilgit Baltistan region, which remained closed due to Covid-19.
‘The team at MOC must be appreciated for their hard work in resolving this issue in consultation with Chinese authorities and other stakeholders.’ He further said.
