October 28, 2026 (MLN): Ningbo Green Light Energy Limited (NGLEL) will be listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) with effect from Thursday, October 29, 2026, with trading on the Main Board starting the same day at an opening price of Rs21.06 per share.

The listing follows the Scheme of Arrangement for the merger/amalgamation of LSE SPAC-I Limited (SPAC1) with and into NGLEL, which the Lahore High Court sanctioned through an order dated September 30, 2026.

Under the swap ratio in the Scheme, SPAC1 shareholders have been allotted 1.50 NGLEL shares for every 1 SPAC1 share.

The opening price equals the closing price of SPAC1 on its last trading day before suspension, as set out in the Scheme and in SPAC1’s PUCARS notification of October 13, 2026. Normal circuit breakers will apply to the opening price in the Ready Market.
