Pakistan-ADB aim to boost concessional financing

April 17, 2024 (MLN): Pakistan aims to further strengthen its partnership with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), protecting country's envelope of concessional financing and future project pipeline, said a statement issued by the Finance Ministry on Tuesday.
Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, who is leading a Pakistan delegation in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank-2024 Spring Meetings in Washington DC met the President of ADB Masatsugu Asakawa.
"Discussions focused on further strengthening Pakistan’s partnership with ADB, protecting country envelope of concessional financing and future project pipeline," the statement reads.
