OGRA proposes cut in Petrol prices

January 30, 2020 (MLN): The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has proposed a reduction in the prices of petroleum products and Kerosene Oil for the month of February 2020.

According to the rates recommended in summary, the price of Petrol and of Kerosene Oil may decrease by 6 paisa and 66 paisa per litre respectively.

On the other hand, OGRA has recommended an increase in the prices of High-Speed Diesel and Light Diesel by Rs 2.47 and Rs 1.10 respectively.

Moreover, the new pricing of petroleum products would be effective from February 1, 2020, after seeking approval from the Ministry of Finance.
