OBOY, Gas and Oil Pakistan join hands to construct a service, filling station

July 19, 2023 (MLN): Oilboy Energy Limited (PSX: OBOY) has signed a dealership agreement with Gas and Oil Pakistan Limited (GOPL) to construct a service station and filling station by the name Al Khaleel Petroleum Service at Mouza Sokan Wind Tehsil Pasrur, the company's filing on the bourse revealed today.

This is in line with the Memorandum of Association of the company.

At the time of writing, the scrip of the company is being traded at Rs6.50, up by 22 paisa or 3.5% DoD.
