NEXT Capital recommends issuing 10% Cash Dividend instead of 10% Bonus Shares Issuance

At an urgent meeting called on Friday, 22nd of September, 2017, the Next Capital Board has passed the resolution recommending 10% Cash Dividend instead of 10% Bonus Shares as had been recommended in the earlier meeting announcing the financial earnings for the period.
Next Capital Ltd. announced Financial Results on 15th of September, 2017 for the period ended June, 2017. The company’s Operating Revenue for the period increased by 116.26 percent in the outgoing year, whereas the company made Profits after incurring losses in the previous year.
According to release sent out on 15th of September, the company informed that, “The board has not recommended any dividend for the period, however issued 10% bonus shares for the year ended June 30, 2017.”
Contrary to this, the company informed that it has been recommended to issue 10% Cash Dividend in place of 10% Bonus Shares.
