November 5, 2018 (MLN): National Refinery Limited (NRL) has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) via an official statement issued earlier today, that the company’s Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Shuaib A. Malik as the Chairman of the Board for a three year term, commencing from October 21, 2018.

The directors have also appointed Mr. Jamil A. Khan as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, for a three year term, commencing from November 3, 2018.
