MTB Auction Result: SBP Sells T-Bills Worth Rs.357.20 Billion

The State Bank of Pakistan conducted an auction on wednesday, in which it sold treasury bills worth Rs.357.201 Billion for 3 months. The Cut off Yield remained unchanged at 6.7596%

The auction target was Rs.1,500 Billion against a maturing amount of Rs.1,928.891 Billion. The SBP received no bids for the 6 and 12 month T-Bills.

The SBP received bids worth Rs.497.289 Billion for the 3 month treasury bill, out of which it accepted Rs.336.289 Billion. The non competitive bids worth Rs. 20.911 Billion were also accepted making the total size of the auction Rs.357.201 Billion.
