Ministry proposes TOMCL, TATA, and Fauji for boiled meat exports to China

May 15, 2023 (MLN): In order to export boiled meat to China, the Ministry of National Food Security and Research has proposed the name of three processing plants including The Organic Meat Company Limited (TOMCL), TATA, and Fauji, the management of TOMCL has informed through a notice to PSX on Monday.

The management of TOMCL termed the news circulated in sections of the media wherein it was mentioned that three processing plants, Fauji, Tata, and Green, had been approved by the concerned Chinese authorities, as “Incorrect”.

The article writer’s research reflected the incorrect picture of the under-approval companies for the subject matter by the concerned Chinese authorities, the notice read.

TOMCL is a leading exporter of beef, mutton, camel meat, and offal products from Pakistan.
