Merit Packaging receives third-party interest for flexible unit

March 04, 2025 (MLN): Merit Packaging Limited (PSX: MERIT) has received an Expression of Interest from a third party for its flexible unit.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

To note that, the Board of Directors of MERIT reviewed an Expression of Interest from a third party for its flexible unit in a meeting at the company’s Registered Office.

The Board has directed a feasibility analysis to assess the proposal.
