Mega Conglomerate withdraws Public Announcement of Intention to buy 87.5% shares of Dewan Cement

According to a Filing on PSX Website by BMA Capital, in their capacity as Managers to the offer, have informed that as a consequence of the failure of negotiations to acquire voting shares of Dewan Cement Limited, Mega Conglomerate (Private) Limited is withdrawing the Public Announcement of Intention to acquire 87.5% of the total issued shares of the company.
