July 31, 2023 (MLN): The price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) has been increased by Rs23.87 per kg, the latest notification issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) showed.
The new prices will come into effect from August 01, 2023.
As per the notification, the previous price was approximately Rs177 per kg, the new rate will now stand at Rs201 per kg.
Moreover, for an 11.8 kg LPG cylinder, the cost has been revised upwards to approximately Rs2,374, representing a significant increase from the previous price of Rs2,092, resulting in a rise of Rs282 per cylinder.
