January 6, 2020 (MLN): Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. Ltd., in a notification to PSX has notified that Energy Infrastructure Holding (Private) Limited (EIHPL), its wholly-owned subsidiary, is submitting an application to the Competition Commission of Pakistan for the grant of Pre-Merger approval for the acquisition of 100% shares of Q1 Petroleum (Private) Limited by EIHPL.
