International Steels eyes new growth avenues

April 17, 2024 (MLN): To capitalize on emerging opportunities, the Board of Directors of International Industries Limited (PSX: ISL) on Tuesday approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

The MOU aims to form an entity for exploring opportunities in collaboration with associated companies.

The aforestated information was disseminated through a notification issued to the exchange.

ISL is a subsidiary of International Industries Limited. The primary activity of the company is the business of manufacturing cold-rolled, galvanized and colour-coated steel coils and sheets.

At the time of writing, the company's scrip is being traded at Rs74.49, down by 55 paisa or 0.73% compared to the previous close.
