HUBC’s subsidiary Prime secures onshore exploration block

June 23, 2023 (MLN): Prime International Oil and Gas Company Limited (prime)’s bid for the onshore exploration block, S W Miano III, has been successful, the latest company filing on PSX showed today.

Prime International Oil and Gas Company Limited is the joint venture of Hub Power Company Limited (PSX: HUBC), it is a fully-owned subsidiary of HUBC.

HUBC's principal activities of the company are to develop, own, operate, and maintain power stations. The company owns an oil-fired power station of 1,200 MW (net) in Balochistan (Hub plant).
