HASCOL offers 8.6 mln shares to Vitol Dubai

January 23, 2020 (MLN): Hascol Petroleum Limited (HASCOL) has allotted 8,663,773 unsubscribed shares to Vitol Dubai Limited under Section 83 of the Companies Act 2017.

Moreover, the company also informed bourse that it has raised Rs 8 billion by issuing 800, 000,000 ordinary shares.

According to the details provided by the company, Rs 4.59 billion has been received from Directors and Sponsors of the company, Rs 3.3 billion raised from General Public while Rs 86.6 million has been raised by allocating an unsubscribed portion of 8,663,773 shares to Vitol Dubai Limited.
