Gold price rebounds to Rs125,200 per tola

November 26, 2021 (MLN): Gold prices bounced back on Friday as the price of 24 karat per tola gold witnessed an increase of Rs1,200 and was sold at Rs125,200 in the local market against its previous close of Rs124,000 on Thursday, as per data provided by Karachi Sarafa and Jewellers Association.

The price of 10-gram 24 karat gold also jumped by Rs1,029 to Rs 107,339 from Rs106,310 while the 10-gm 22 karat gold was valued at Rs98,394

On the other hand, the price of 24 karat per tola and 10-gram 24 karat silver remained unchanged at Rs1,460 and Rs1,251.71 respectively.

In the international market, the yellow metal traded at $1,813 an ounce, up by $23 as the discovery of a new coronavirus forced investors to flee to safety havens.
