April 26, 2024 (MLN): The domestic bullion market witnessed gains for the third straight session with the price of 24-karat gold gaining Rs2,500 per tola to reach Rs245,000 per tola on Friday.

The Karachi Sarafa Association further reported that the price of 24-karat gold at Rs210,048 per 10-gram, up Rs2,143 DoD.

Similarly, the price of 22-karat gold was quoted higher at Rs192,544 per 10-gram.

Conversely, silver prices remained unchanged in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs2,650 per tola and Rs2,271.94 per 10-gram.

Globally, spot gold traded near $2,349 an ounce, up 0.7% on the day but on track to mark its first weekly loss after five weeks.
