Gold jumps Rs1,100 per tola

September 24, 2024 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan increased on Tuesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs273,000 per tola, up Rs1,100.
Globally, spot gold traded near $2,632 an ounce, up $6.1 or 0.23% from the previous session.
The Karachi Sarafa Association reported the price of 24-karat gold at Rs234,053 per 10-gram, up Rs943.
Similarly, the price of 22-karat gold was quoted higher at Rs214,550 per 10-gram.
On the other hand, silver prices remained unchanged in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs2,950 per tola and Rs2,529 per 10-gram.
