Gold extends gains to Rs 103,800 per tola

March 10, 2021 (MLN): Gold extended gains in domestic bullion market as the price of 24 karat per tola gold increased by Rs 800 on Wednesday and was available at Rs 103,800 against the sale price of Rs 103,000 reported yesterday.

According to the data released by Karachi Sarafa Association, the price of ten-gram 24 karat gold also inclined by Rs 687 and was traded at Rs 88,992 against the price of Rs 88,305 reported in the previous session.

On the contrary, the price of per tola silver and ten-gram silver remained unchanged at Rs 1,320 and Rs 1,131.68, respectively.

The gold price in the international markets rose by $9 and was sold at US $1,712 per ounce against the previous day’s rate of US $1,703 per ounce, while silver was valued at US $25.75 per ounce, the association added.
