General public portion of BAFL Series A TFC Issue oversubscribed by 1.39x

January 20, 2021 (MLN): Arif Habib Limited, in a notice issued via PSX on Wednesday, updated the Exchange regarding the public subscription of BAFL Series A TFC Issue which was held on January 14 and 15, 2021, both days inclusive.

According to the notice, the applications for a total of 553,931 TFCs against the issue size of 400,000 TFCs (inclusive of Green Shoe Option) were received. Following is a summary of public subscription of BAFL Series A TFC Issue:

The general public portion has been oversubscribed by 153,931 TFCs amounting to PKR 769,655,000 (1.39x). Subject to scrutiny, applications for up to (including category of applicants who applied in multiple of PKR 5,000) will be allocated initially for TFC’s of PKR 5,000 (01 TFC) and after that the balance of TFCs will be allocated on pro-rata basis to all applicants who applied for TFCs in multiple of PKR 5,000, which will be communicated at a later date.
