FTO order still awaited: MTL

December 21, 2022 (MLN): With regards to the news circulating in some sections of the media stating FTO’s order against Millat Tractors Limited (PSX: MTL), the management of the company is still awaiting the official copy of the FTO order.

The management of MTL is of the view that the order pertains to FBR and the complainant only and MTL has never been made a party to the proceedings and accordingly, all directions have been given to FBR, the management said in a notification to exchange.

The company shall confront this order at appropriate forums, it added.
