First Capital Equities in talks with creditors for financial obligations

April 12, 2022 (MLN): First Capital Equities Limited (FCEL) is in process of negotiations with secured creditors/financial institutions for the settlement of its overdue financial obligations on some favorable terms, the company’s filing on PSX shown today.

The company will implement its revised business plan in the real estate sector, as soon as a settlement is done with financial institutions.

Further, the company will keep updating PSX and make necessary disclosures in compliance with the law and PSX regulations in due course of time, the notice added.
