FFC moves to acquire Agritech

September 10, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (PSX: FFC) has approved the acquisition of shares and control in Agritech Limited (AGL), the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

This acquisition is through the company along with any associated company(ies), any other shareholder(s) of the target or any other person/entity, led by the company.

Subject to the completion of necessary corporate and regulatory formalities, the board has authorized the issuance of a Notice of Intention to AGL, PSX, and SECP.

They have also appointed Integrated Equities Limited as the Manager of the Offer (MTO) and approved the commencement of due diligence and the negotiation of acquisition terms.
