Fauji Foods to obtain Rs.3 bln sponsor support from Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim

January 29, 2019 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Fauji Foods Limited (FFL) has authorized the company to obtain sponsor support from Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim (FFBL) of an amount not exceeding Rs.3 billion.

According to a formal notification issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the amount should be obtained through either, or combination of a subordinated shareholder loan or a collateral support for a period not exceeding 1 year.
