EU suspends PIA’s authorization to operate in Europe for six months following 'fake licence' controversy

June 29, 2020: European Union air safety agency has suspended Pakistan International Airlines’ authorization to operate in Europe for six months following revelations that 40% pilots in Pakistan have ‘fake’ flying licences.
