Engro shuts down offices for three days as employee tests positive for COVID-19

March 10, 2020 (MLN): In a rather surprising turn of events, Engro Corporation has turned out to be the latest victim of the ongoing pandemic, as the company on Tuesday informed about one of its employees testing positive for the Covid-19 Virus.
According to reports in the media and a press release being attributed to the HR department of the company, the company has decided to close all Engro offices at the Harbor Front Building over the next three days as a result of this unfortunate finding, with business to resume on Monday, March 16, 2020.
During office closure, Engro shall ensure complete disinfection across all the floors in the Harbour Floor building. Over the next three days, all Engro THF employees shall be expected to work from home.
