NetSol sells 72,370 treasury shares to employees under ESOS

September 28, 2026 (MLN): NetSol Technologies Limited
(PSX:NETSOL) has sold 72,370 treasury shares to eligible employees at Rs77.84
per share under its Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
The shares were transferred to the
respective employees through their CDS accounts.
The company said the sale followed a
special resolution passed at its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) held on
December 31, 2024, which cleared the disposal of treasury shares to eligible
staff under the scheme.
The transaction was carried out in line with Regulation 13(6)(b) of the Listed Companies (Buy-Back of Shares) Regulations, 2019, while the disclosure was made under Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Regulations
