Engro Powergen share acquisition revised with inclusion of different entities

May 15, 2024 (MLN): The acquiring entities for up to 68.89% shares of Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited have been revised to include Liberty Power Holding (Private) Limited, Soorty Enterprises (Private) Limited, and Proton Engineering (Private) Limited.

Arif Habib Limited, the manager of the offer, informed about this development via a notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.

Earlier, the acquirers included Liberty Mills Limited, Zain Ashraf Mukaty, Temoor Ashraf Mukaty, Ahmed Ashraf Mukaty, Soorty Enterprises Pvt Limited, Affinity Capital Pvt Limited, Najeeb Malik, Nadeem Malik, and Shahzad Malik.

Incorporating this change, Arif Habib submitted an Addendum for the acquisition of the target Company.
