EFERT's EnVen plant successfully resumes operations after maintenance

December 24, 2024 (MLN): The EnVen Plant of Engro Fertilizers Limited (PSX: EFERT) has successfully resumed its operations today, following the completion of unscheduled maintenance and repairs activities.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange, following up on the previous letter which revealed that the EnVen Plant will undergo unscheduled maintenance starting December 21, 2024, with an expected shutdown lasting up to four days.

The previous notice further revealed that the Base Plant will continue operating at normal load during the maintenance period.

This was in accordance with Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book.
