October 03, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors of D.M. Textile Mills Limited (PSX: DMTX) has resolved to change the company's principal line of business to encompass all types of real estate development.

This includes investment, development, marketing, construction, purchase, sale, leasing of real estate assets, and related activities.

According to a notice issued by the company to the PSX today, this agenda was approved in the board meeting held earlier.

It is important to note that the previous principal line of business involved the manufacturing, sale, and trading of cotton, polyester, viscose, and blended yarn.
