Blue-Ex to move from GEM to main board

September 02, 2024 (MLN): The board of directors of Blue-Ex Limited (PSX: GEMBLUEX) has approved the migration of the company from GEM board of PSX to its main board.
This is subject to compliance and regulatory approvals of SECP and PSX as per the requirements of the Companies Act, 2017 and all other applicable laws.
Moreover, the board has authorized the company for acquisition of the domestic e-commerce business last mile logistics business & intangible assets of a target company subject to due diligence and final agreement.
