BIFO set to enter minerals sector with new subsidiary

April 24, 2025 (MLN): Taking a strategic move to diversify and tap into the growing potential of the minerals sector, the Board of Directors of BIAFO Industry Limited (PSX: BIFO) allowed to establishment of the new subsidiary.

This subsidiary will undertake projects in the minerals sector, with the option to collaborate with other entities or operate independently.

The company will seek shareholder approval as required by law to proceed with the formation of the subsidiary, paving the way for future ventures and investments in the minerals industry.
