Bank Makramah joins hands with NCR Corporation, Wavetec

September 11, 2024 (MLN): Bank Makramah Limited (BML) has signed a MoU with NCR Corporation and Wavetec (NCR Channel Partner) to transform and elevate its self-banking network across Pakistan, said a press release issued today.

Through this collaboration, BML will integrate NCR's cutting-edge ATM technology into its operations to significantly improve the bank’s digital service capabilities and customer experience.

The partnership outlines the deployment of 200+ fully equipped NCR self-serv ATMs at various BML branches and off-site locations across Pakistan.

"This partnership represents a significant advancement in our vision to enhance customer service through digital banking channels," said BML President and CEO Jawad Majid Khan.

Through support from NCR and Wavetec, BML will enhance its self-service banking infrastructure, ensuring top-tier performance, and secure and reliable services for customers, he added.
