Avanceon Limited to acquire 100% control of Octopus Digital Limited

April 29, 2019 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Avanceon Limited, in their meeting held on April 24, 2019, has unanimously resolved to acquire one million ordinary shares of Octopus Digital (Private) Limited, an unquoted associated company, to make Octopus Digital 100% fully owned subsidiary of Avanceon Limited.

The Board further authorized the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bakhtiar Hameed Wain and Company Secretary, Mr. Ahsan Khalil to do all acts, deeds and things to execute such agreements, documents and papers and make such applications, including but not limited to any application required to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
